Cboe BZX Exchange Initiates Proceedings on Proposed Rule Change for VanEck Bitcoin Trust Shares Listing

The Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. has initiated proceedings to decide whether to approve or reject a proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the VanEck Bitcoin Trust on its platform, under the Commodity-Based Trust Shares provision of BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4).
