EPA Proposes Revisions to Federal Air Rules for Reservations Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing revisions to the Federal Air Rules for Reservations (FARR), a collection of Federal Implementation Plans (FIPs) for Indian reservations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, to improve air quality and protect human health and the environment.
