Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Announces Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Oil and Gas Decommissioning Activities on the Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS)

The BSEE has released a Draft PEIS for the decommissioning of oil and gas platforms on the OCS, marking the start of a public review and comment period, and announcing two virtual public meetings.
