VA Proposes Changes to 85/15 Rule for Educational Assistance

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing to eliminate exemptions from the 85/15 rule for students receiving certain types of institutional aid, clarify the types of scholarships to be included in calculations, and revise waiver criteria and reporting timelines.
