EPA Exempts Dimethyl Sulfoxide from Tolerance Requirement for Pre-Harvest Applications

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to the requirement of a tolerance for residues of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in pesticide formulations used for pre-harvest applications, following a petition submitted by Exponent, Inc. on behalf of Gaylord Chemical Company.
