Dow Chemical Seeks Exemption from Siloxane Residue Tolerance

The Dow Chemical Company has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for siloxane residues in pesticide formulations, effectively eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level on food or feed commodities.
