EPA Approves South Carolina's Plan to Reduce Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of South Carolina to address excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, following a finding of substantial inadequacy in 2015.
