OSM Submits Information Collection Request for Permit Rights Renewal and Transfer to OMB for Review

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is notifying the public that it has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and reauthorization of its information collection activity related to permit rights renewal, transfer, assignment, or sale, as outlined in 30 CFR part 774.
