Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Pacific Coast Port Access Route Study

The US Coast Guard is extending the comment period for the draft Pacific Coast Port Access Route Study (PAC-PARS) to allow stakeholders to provide additional input on safe access routes for vessel traffic along the western seaboard of the United States.
