Daimler Requests Exemption for Commercial Driver from US CDL Requirements

Daimler Truck North America LLC has requested an exemption from the US Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for one of its drivers, Dr. Andreas Gorbach, who holds a valid German commercial driver's license, citing the equivalent safety level of a German license.
