PHILLY SHIPYARD, INC. Receives Certificate of Alternative Compliance from U.S. Coast Guard

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a certificate of alternative compliance to PHILLY SHIPYARD, INC. Hull No. 038, allowing the company to modify its vessel to meet safety regulations without compromising its design and construction, as required by the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (72 COLREGS).
