Michigan State Historic Preservation Office Completes Inventory of Human Remains and Funerary Objects

The Michigan State Historic Preservation Office has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, concluding that there is no cultural affiliation with present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and is now open to requests from unrepresented tribes for transfer of control.
