USACE Publishes Notice for Draft SEIS/SEIR for 2016 ARCF Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has announced its intent to prepare a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS)/Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the 2016 American River Watershed Common Features (ARCF) project in Sacramento, CA, following a reevaluation of the project's environmental impact.
