U.S. Office of Government Ethics to Submit Modified Qualified Trust Model Certificates for Review and Approval

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is seeking public comments on modified versions of its 12 model certificates and documents for qualified trusts, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
