EPA Proposes Final Authorization for Virginia's Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed granting final authorization to the state of Virginia for revisions to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The proposed rule, which was published in the Federal Register, will become effective if no adverse comments are received within the specified comment period.
