Virginia Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized Virginia's revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), with the authorization taking effect 30 days after the conclusion of the public comment period.
