EPA Proposes Changes to Lead-Based Paint Program System of Records

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing modifications to its Federal Lead-Based Paint Program System of Records, which governs training and certification requirements for firms and individuals performing lead-based paint activities, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
