EPA Finalizes Determinations on California Ozone Attainment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized determinations that two areas in California, Nevada County (Western part) and Ventura County, met the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) by the July 20, 2021 attainment date, while six other areas met the 2015 ozone NAAQS by the August 3, 2021 attainment date.
