EPA Determines Imperial County Attained 2015 Ozone Standard, Excluding International Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that Imperial County, California, met the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard, but for emissions from outside the US, by the August 3, 2021 deadline, and will no longer face Clean Air Act requirements.
