FMCSA to Renew Approved Information Collection for Commercial Motor Vehicle Marking Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) plans to submit a paperwork request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, which will enable the agency to document the burden associated with marking regulations for commercial motor vehicles and intermodal equipment.
