US Department of Commerce Issues Final Scope Ruling on Quartz Slab Imports from China and Malaysia

The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of quartz slab manufactured in China and processed in Malaysia are covered by existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Chinese quartz surface products.
