HRSA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Telehealth Network Program Measures Information Collection Request

The US Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), is requesting public comment on an Information Collection Request (ICR) for the Evidence-Based Telehealth Network Program Measures, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The ICR will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
