Pacific Wind Lease Sale 1 (PACW-1) for Commercial Leasing of Wind Power on the Outer Continental Shelf in California

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering five commercial wind energy leases for sale on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore California through a multiple-factor bidding auction format. The leases, including Lease Areas OCS-P 0561 through OCS-P 0565, will be awarded based on competitive bids and subsequent environmental and technical reviews.
