SEC Proposes Extension of Comment Period for Rule 201 and Rule 200(g) of Regulation SHO

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed an extension of the comment period for Rule 201 and Rule 200(g) of Regulation SHO, a rule governing short selling, in response to a request from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
