Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone Around Horn Mountain Spar Offshore Facility in Gulf of Mexico

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a safety zone around the Horn Mountain Spar Outer Continental Shelf Facility in Mississippi Canyon Block 127, Gulf of Mexico, to protect against collisions, security breaches, and environmental hazards, and invites public comments on the proposal.
