Oregon Parks and Recreation Department to Review Permit Application for Western Snowy Plover Habitat Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a permit application from the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department for an incidental take permit for the western snowy plover, a threatened species, along Oregon's coastal shores.
