Notice of Availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the NextLight Renewable Power, LLC, Silver State Solar Project, Clark County, NV

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has made available the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Silver State Solar Project in Clark County, Nevada, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976. The EIS is now available for public review.
