U.S. Department of Commerce Determines Sales of Finished Carbon Steel Flanges from Spain Were Made at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that sales of finished carbon steel flanges from Spain were made at a price lower than their true value in the U.S. market during the review period from June 1, 2020, to May 31, 2021.
