Bureau of Land Management Announces 30-Day Protest Period for Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has released a proposed amendment to the Monument Resource Management Plan, along with a final environmental impact statement, and is now inviting public comments during a 30-day protest period.
