Coast Guard Enforces Special Local Regulation for Offshore Racing Events

The US Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation for the Race World Offshore (RWO) and Offshore World events, requiring vessels to obtain permission from the Captain of the Port Key West or a designated representative to enter, transit, anchor, or remain within the regulated area.
