EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NESHAP for Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing Area Source Category for Review and Approval by OMB

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the current approval period of the ICR for NESHAP for Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing Area Source Category. The EPA is seeking additional public comments on the proposal.
