EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Ethnicity, Race, Gender and Disability Form to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a new information collection, the Ethnicity, Race, Gender and Disability Form, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, following a previous 60-day public comment period that ended on May 21, 2022.
