EPA Submits Request for Extension of Airbag Recall Management Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the Safe Management of Recalled Airbags Rule, which is currently set to expire on November 30, 2022, for an additional 30 days to allow for public comments.
