DoD Proposes Amendment to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement for Undefinitized Contract Actions

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to improve the management of undefinitized contract actions, as recommended by the DoD Inspector General.
