DoD Removes Pilot Program for Acquisition of Military-Purpose Nondevelopmental Items

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to remove the Pilot Program for Acquisition of Military-Purpose Nondevelopmental Items from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), as the program's statutory authority has expired.
