BOEM Publishes List of Restricted Joint Bidders for Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has published a list of entities restricted from bidding together at Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales from November 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023, due to the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 and BOEM's regulatory restrictions.
