EPA Proposes Approval of New York State Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone, focusing on controlling volatile organic compounds at gasoline dispensing sites and transport vehicles, in an effort to reduce emissions and attain national ambient air quality standards.
