FMCSA Receives Exemption Applications from 13 Individuals with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of applications from 13 individuals seeking exemptions from the prohibition on driving commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) with epilepsy or seizure disorders, allowing those who have had seizures and are taking medication to operate CMVs in interstate commerce.
