U.S. Navy Issues Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS CARL M. LEVIN (DDG 120)

The U.S. Navy has issued a Certificate of Alternate Compliance for USS CARL M. LEVIN (DDG 120), a naval ship that cannot fully comply with international navigation lights regulations due to its special construction and purpose, in order to warn mariners in applicable waters.
