U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Japan Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products Sold Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan were sold in the U.S. at prices below their normal value from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021.
