FMCSA Provisionally Renews Exemption for Motion Picture Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has provisionally renewed an exemption from electronic logging device (ELD) requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers transporting motion pictures, allowing them to use paper records of duty status (RODS) instead.
