Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program; Utah Department of Transportation Audit Report

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has completed its third audit report under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program, which was established by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The program requires annual audits for the first 4 years to ensure compliance with its requirements.
