White Grape Juice Concentrate From Argentina: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that white grape juice concentrate from Argentina is being sold in the United States at less than fair value, and has postponed the final determination and extended provisional measures.
