FAA Proposes Amendment to Class E Airspace at Mount Sterling and Pittsfield, IL

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing an amendment to the Class E airspace at Mount Sterling and Pittsfield, Illinois, due to the decommissioning of a local VHF omnidirectional range (VOR) as part of the VOR Minimal Operational Network (MON) Program. The proposed changes also update the geographic coordinates of Pittsfield Penstone Municipal Airport.
