FMCSA to Renew Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Information Collection Request

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on its plan to renew an approved information collection request for the Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, which was established in 2016 to track commercial driver's license holders who test positive for drugs or alcohol.
