FAA Publishes Final Rule with Technical Amendments to Investigative and Enforcement Procedures and Part 11

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) published a final rule on October 11, 2022, titled 'Update to Investigative and Enforcement Procedures and Part 11; Technical Amendments,' which included technical amendments to a previous rule published on October 1, 2021. The rule inadvertently disclosed the Rulemaking Identification Number (RIN).
