EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Spill Prevention Plans for Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans information collection request, which is currently set to expire on July 30, 2023.
