U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Comments on Permit Application for Endangered Snail Habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is considering a permit application from Barkwood Development, LLC for a redevelopment project in Los Osos, California, which could impact the federally endangered Morro shoulderband snail.
