Renewal of the Voluntary Tanker Agreement Program; Revised Form of the Voluntary Agreement
The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has renewed the Voluntary Tanker Agreement Program and published a revised version of the Voluntary Tanker Agreement (VTA), which incorporates public input received after a 2019 proposal and a 2020 public hearing.
