Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: THE AQUAHOLIC (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, THE AQUAHOLIC, to carry passengers for hire in the United States, with a capacity of 12 or fewer passengers.
